Connect with your partner and your pregnancy in this 2hr workshop designed to create the space and guidance for you and your partner to practice and explore techniques that may work best during each stage of labour. (Think of it as a labour rehersal!). Techniques will be taught for a medicated and unmedicated birth.

How do we get the baby out?! This 2hr workshop will help you understand the anatomy and physiology of pushing your baby out. Give you tips and techniques to reduce tearing, advocate for yourself at this stage of labour, and allow you to practice pelvic floor contractions and relaxation,
as well as various pushing positions to help train your body for the main event. This
class is relevant and important for those planning a medicated or unmedicated birth.

Peaceful Beginnings Prenatal Day Retreat (In-Person)

A heart-centered day retreat honouring your body, your baby and yourself through meditation, yoga, birth art, ceremony.
This day-long retreat will start with meditation and journal reflections on pregnancy and the transition to motherhood. You’ll move your body with an hour long session of prenatal yoga before honouring your pregnant body with belly painting and reiki sessions.
After a nutritious lunch you will explore your connection to baby through birth art and gentle movement.
The day ends with a Mother Blessing ceremony to honour your rite of passage into this new role.
Core + Pelvic Floor Reconnect: 4-week Postpartum Yoga Series
Reconnect to yourself in this 4 week postpartum yoga series focused on core, pelvic floor, and full body wellness. Connect with Mamas in your community and learn how to set the foundation for a successful postpartum recovery.
Come for comprehensive sessions on:
- Pelvic floor symptoms – such as incontinence, prolapse and PGP.
- Diastatsis Recti – what it is and how to incorporate healing into your every life.
- Alignment and posture after baby.
- Postpartum mental health.
- Restorative and mindfulness techniques to calm the nervous system.
- Full-body conditioning through yoga, and how this applies to your existing workouts.
Each session will build from the last. Leave with information on Postpartum sex, abdominal wraps, cesarean scar tissue massage, body confidence after baby and a unique 10-20min at home program that can be used for months to come.
This series is for Mamas who are minimum 6 weeks Postpartum (cleared for exercise by their healthcare providers). No max, Postpartum is forever! Who have given birth vaginally or by C-section. We will provide all props, worksheets, info packs. Babies 0-6 months (pre-crawlers) welcome.

Safely lengthen and strengthen your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
Stretch and strengthen the upper body, relieving tightness you may be feeling from nursing/feeding/carrying a newborn.
Align your posture in poses and in everyday life activities.

Birthing From Within Childbirth Education Sessions

In these bespoke workshops pregnant families will be guided through various topics relating to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. They will learn about childbirth, explore pain coping and mindfulness techniques, as well as explore their inner landscpae using birth art, visualization, and meditation. They will discover their baseline for pain coping, and walk away with tools that they can utilise in labor and birth. Parents will also explore the journey into birth and the return to self.
